At Ritzova, we want customers to clearly understand how returns and refunds are handled. This Return Policy explains which items may be returned, which items are non-refundable, and when refunds may be issued.
Return Window & Eligibility
Returns must be requested and made within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or wear may not be accepted.
Approval & Refunds
Ritzova has the right to approve or deny a return after reviewing the request and the returned item. Refunds are not issued until Ritzova receives and reviews the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a mistake directly made by Ritzova. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The base plate is non-returnable and non-refundable. However, components may be eligible for return if they meet the return requirements stated in this policy.
Shipping Issues
Ritzova is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, marked as delivered but not received, or sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, shipping-related issues must be handled with the shipping carrier unless the issue was directly caused by Ritzova.
Right to Deny
Ritzova may deny any return or refund request that appears false, abusive, suspicious, or outside the rules of this policy.
Updates to This Policy
Ritzova may update this Return Policy at any time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
