All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage — no exceptions.

At Ritzova, we want customers to clearly understand how shipping works before placing an order. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after they leave Ritzova.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and preparation time. Ritzova will try to process orders as quickly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped. Shipping is subject to delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Ritzova's control. Ritzova does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Tracking updates will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Ritzova is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and given to the carrier, Ritzova is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or affected by carrier issues. Shipping-related problems must be handled with the shipping carrier unless the issue was directly caused by Ritzova.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by USPS and may not reflect in real time. Ritzova cannot guarantee when tracking information will update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order, location, and shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was directly caused by Ritzova.

Right to Delay or Cancel Shipping

Ritzova may delay, refuse, or cancel shipping if there is an issue with payment, inventory, address information, suspicious activity, or another problem that prevents the order from being properly completed.

Updates to This Policy

Ritzova may update this Shipping Policy at any time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
